Administrative Measures of People's Republic of China on Pilot RMB Settlement in Cross-border Trade (hereafter refered to as "the Measures")has been promulgated on July 1, 2009.
According to the Measures, qualified Chinese enterprises in certain area are allowed to conduct RMB settlement in cross-boarder trade on voluntary basis, and commercial banks are encouraged to provide RMB settlement services for such deals. |
