Various feature masks are laid down inside the just-opened Prime Minister Cao Cao's Official Compound, during the 3rd Three Kingdoms Cultural Week, in the Xudu Capital Park, in Xuchang City, central China's Henan Province, June 1, 2009. This Three Kingdoms Cultural Week will stage a series of distinctive pageants, including the Etiquette Quad Array greeting guests, Ceremonial Opening of Prime Minister Cao Cao's Official Compound, A Hundred Brush Calligraphers' Works Exhibition, etc. Xuchang was the seat of capital of the Wei State, one of the three kingdoms that ruled northern China then.[Xinhua/Niu Shupei]
